The good quality of the milk used to elaborate products defines their good quality and uniformity.

Dairy products maintain and accentuate the defects that the milk used for their production may have.

A good compositional and microbial quality can only be obtained with healthy animals and hygienic milking. This quality must be thoroughly maintained so that it preserves its properties from extraction to processing.

The company has a traceability system which allows for the linking of the finished product to the milk, the ingredients and the packages used for its elaboration.

This system also determines the timing in which the product was prepared, manufactured, controlled and stored.

Traceability has a scope which extends from the dairy facility to the finished product.
It is a management tool which is useful to provide a quick and efficient answer to the inquiries or claims made by customers and suppliers.
